Juan Carlos Canas joins LRP!

Juan has been at the race track since 2007 and worked his way up to the top step by step. Today, 10 years later, he is one of the best Spanish drivers in the 1:8 Buggy & Nitro classes. His prowess and great talent enable him to achieve fast lap times at any time.

He had his great international breakthrough in 2016. With only 14 years of age, he won the title at the EFRA OR 8 EC B and finished fifth at the OR8 EC A later in the year. Highlight was the EFRA OR8e EC in Malaga. On his home track, he sensationally became European Vice-Champion – closely behind David Ronnefalk. Even then on board in his Mugen: the power of LRP with iX8 V2 speed control, Dynamic8 motor and 7500 CCL P5 LiPo battery.

Juan Carlos Canas will equip his racer in the upcoming season in the 1:8 Electric Buggy class with the suitable products from the LRP product range. iX8 V2 speed control, Dynamic8 motor and the brand new LiPo Competition Car line batteries will be employed amongst others. And when the batteries have to be charged, the Pulsar Touch Competition charger and the Power Supply Competition will already be waiting. Various accessories such as receiver batteries for his 1:8 Nitro Buggy action round off the package.

When asked for the reason of his decision to stay with the Blue Power, Juan had the following to say:
