LRP-Team strong at the DHI Cup 2016!

Odense remains a great place for LRP. Völker wins again in TC Modified ahead of Kutvonen. Orlowski takes home the 2WD trophy. In TC SuperStock and 4WD, LRP is only narrowly beaten.

16. DHI Cup – the LRP-team had a very strong season opener again this year. 2 titles were won and in the other classes, the „blue“ achieved second and third place finishes each.

In TC Modified, Ronald was able to win his seventh title. The LRP power package of Flow BL speed control, Vector X20 motor and LiPo Competition battery was once again perfectly adjusted to his Yokomo car. Only shortly after Ronald, fellow LRP teammate Viljami Kutvonen came in as second. The Finnish driver had a really great weekend. The podium was completed by Swedish top driver Alexander Hagberg.

In TC SuperStock, Tim Benson was the man of the hour. Nobody was able to stop him. Marek Cerny was not far behind on second place with his Xray, equipped with LRP Flow WT speed control, LRP Vector X20 motor (handout) and LRP LiPo Competition battery. Behind him on the podium was LRP/Xray-Teammate Jan Ratheisky.

In 2WD Buggy, Michal Orlowski was able to showcase his special class again. He was impressively able to leave behind two very strong competitors. His Schumacher with LRP power (Flow speed control, Vector X20 motor and LiPo Competition battery) made the difference on this day. “Only” places 2 and 3 were left for Martin Bayer and Jörn Neumann.

In 4WD Buggy, Jörn Neumann was once a gain able to pull off the victory. But also in this year’s edition, the final A3 had to decide about the champion. Until then,LRP/Schumacher team driver Michal Orlowski and LRP/Xray team driver Bruno Coehlo (TQ) gave him a hard fight. The reigning World Champion from Portugal was at the DHI Cup for the first time, but had to settle for “only” third place in the end.
