Tyler Jones new LRP-Team driver!

After racing for TLR for 5 years, Tyler decided to switch to Team Associated in early 2016. Now the second step follows: The most important components for his 1:8 nitro and 1:8 electric buggies are now supplied by Blue Is Better.

One key factor for his decision was the huge success other racers had with LRP products and the personal experience of his father who used LRP engines, ESCs and LiPo batteries at his own races and reached good results all the time.
So after short time an own test was arranged. The LRP ZZ Nitro Motor Line were the first parts to be tested and confirmed the huge performance. Tyler was more than surprised about the great advantage of these components. After further tests, Tyler also made his decision to use LRP products for his 1:8 electric campaign.

Tyler achieved a lot of great titles in his young but already 7 years lasting career. A few of his most important titles are: 2015 ROAR Jr. National Champion, qualification for 2016 1/8 IFMAR Worlds, 2nd place in Pro Nitro Buggy at the AMS 5.0 and A-finalist in all 3 Pro A-Main at the 2015 CRCRC Midwest Championships.

Beside RC racing education is one of his priorities. He plans to study an engineering profession after he finishes High-School and wants to work in the RC industry after that. Tyler wants to be on top. Claiming an US-title is his next goal and after that: World Champion. It is a long way to go but he is still young enough and has great potential to reach his goals.
